Personal or business account: which do I need?

Everyone starts with a personal account. It's free forever and lets you buy, sell, make offers and swaps, hire and post wanted ads.

A business account is for op shops, dealers, antique shops, market stalls and makers. It adds a shop page with your logo, cover photo and hours, a pin on the Junkie map, and optional paid shop plans.

Switching to a business account

Pick business during sign up, or change it later in Account settings. New business accounts are checked by the Junkie team before the shop goes live, which is usually quick.

Op shops run by a registered charity can add their charity number.
