Buy now and buyer protection
Pay by card through Junkie and you're covered if the item doesn't arrive or isn't as described.
Some sellers take card payments through Junkie. On those listings you'll see Buy now.
What it costs
Buyer protection is 5% of the price plus $0.99, paid by the buyer at checkout. Paying cash on pickup is free, it just isn't protected.
How the protection works
Your money is held until you confirm the item has arrived. For pickups that's 7 days after you paid, and for shipped items 7 days after it's delivered, if you don't raise a problem. If it doesn't arrive or is very different from the listing, tell us before then and we'll sort it out, including a refund where it's warranted.
Track your purchases in Orders and payouts, and tap that the item arrived once you have it.
